Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy combined with endostatin on transplanted liver cancer in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operation group, model group, endostatin group, radiotherapy group, combination group, endostatin group and the combination group daily tail vein injection concentration of 10% recombinant human blood vessels Endostatin 0.1 ml (20μg) for 12 days, the combination group on the 5th to 10 days to give radiation therapy, 1 time / 2 days. Animals in each group were sacrificed 12 days after transplantation, and the tumor tissue was separated for use. Results: Endostatin group, radiotherapy group and combination group all could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor and inhibit the expression of VEGF. The inhibitory effect was more obvious in combination group. Conclusion: Radiotherapy combined with endostatin has obvious tumor inhibitory effect, the mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of VEGF expression.
