用硅钼蓝比色法测定高速工具钢中硅,在溶样时加入柠檬酸铵,可解决因试样含钨高给直接测定带来的困难,方法简便快速。应用本法测定了5种高速工具钢标样中的硅,测得结果和标准值相一致。实验证明,应用不同牌号标准高速工具钢,按加入柠檬酸铵所绘制的标准曲线,与用低碳钢标样,不加柠檬酸铵所绘制的曲线一致。由于柠檬酸铵的缓冲作用以及与钼的络合作用,溶样时盐酸用量及显色时钼酸铵用量应相应地增加,它们的用量范围分别为盐酸10-20毫升(比重1.19)及5%钼酸铵溶液7-10毫升。
The silicon-molybdenum blue colorimetric method for the determination of silicon in high-speed tool steels and the addition of ammonium citrate during sample dissolving can solve the difficulties caused by the high tungsten content in the sample for direct determination, and the method is simple and rapid. This method was applied to the determination of silicon in five kinds of high-speed tool steels. The measured results are consistent with the standard values. Experiments show that the application of different grades of standard high-speed tool steel, according to the standard curve drawn by the addition of ammonium citrate, with the low carbon steel standard, without the curve drawn by ammonium citrate. Due to the buffering effect of ammonium citrate and the complexation with molybdenum, the amount of hydrochloric acid used in the sample dissolution and the amount of ammonium molybdate used for color development should be increased correspondingly. The ranges of their amounts are 10-20 ml (specific gravity 1.19) and 5 % Ammonium molybdate solution 7-10 ml.
