目的:探讨镇眩饮对大鼠椎动脉缺血的治疗作用;对大鼠4VO 脑缺血的预防作用及对正常脑的影响。方法:采用电凝双侧椎动脉(椎2VO)模型及 Pulsinelli 4VO 模型。用~(123)I-IMP 示踪脑血流。结果:椎2VO 模型除大脑皮质外的脑各部位及全脑血流量下降(P<0.05)。镇眩饮0.3g/kg 可使其恢复正常(P<0.05~0.01)。镇眩饮日剂量0.3g/kg 和1g/kg,连续1周,未观察到有效预防作用。正常大鼠用镇眩饮日剂量0.3g/kg,24h 及1周后,均对全脑血流量无明显影响。结论:椎2VO 是更接近于临床椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的模型,镇眩饮对其的治疗效果与对 PuIsinelli 4VO 模型相同。镇眩饮是比较理想的脑血流改善剂,不会引起脑内“窃血”现象。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhenzaoyin on vertebral artery ischemia in rats; the preventive effect of 4VO on cerebral ischemia in rats and its effect on normal brain. Methods: The electrocoagulation bilateral vertebral artery (vertebrae 2VO) model and Pulsinelli 4VO model were used. Cerebral blood flow was tracked with ~(123)I-IMP. RESULTS: In the vertebral 2VO model, cerebral blood flow was decreased in all parts of the brain except cerebral cortex (P<0.05). Town glare 0.3g/kg can make it normal (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The daily dose of Zhenbaiyin was 0.3g/kg and 1g/kg for 1 week without effective prevention. The daily dose of Zhenzheyin in normal rats was 0.3g/kg. After 24h and 1 week, there was no significant effect on the whole cerebral blood flow. Conclusion: Vertebral 2VO is a model that is closer to clinical vertebrobasilar ischemia vertigo. The treatment effect of Zhenzao Decoction is the same as that of PuIsinelli 4VO model. Town Flare is an ideal agent for cerebral blood flow improvement and does not cause brain “stealing”.
