数学的特点是思维的严谨性和语言的准确性,在整个教学过程中,语言是完成教学任务的主要手段。教师的教学语言直接影响到课堂教学效果,由于数学学科的抽象性和学科内容的形式化特征,数学教学对教师的课堂教学语言提出了更严格的要求,如何把繁复的数学定义、定理,用数学的思想、方法通俗易懂地教给学生,让学生比较容易地掌握数学的内涵和要义,是摆在数学教师面前的一个大问题。这些问题的解决,一定程度上依赖于语言表达能力的改善,依赖于语言艺术的提高,考虑到教育环境下受教育者的知识水平和认知水平等特点,教学中的语言表达显得尤为重要。
