中强可焊Al-Zn-Mg合金具有适中的强度、优良的焊接性能和良好的挤压工艺性能,是高速列车的主要材料之一。随着现代工业的快速发展,用户对该类合金材料的强度、韧性和抗应力腐蚀性能提出了更高的要求。本文简要介绍了国内外中强可焊Al-Zn-Mg合金的发展状况。论述了与进一步改善该类合金材料综合性能相关的技术内容,诸如优化合金成分,包括调整主合金元素含量、控制杂质含量和添加微量元素;研究热处理工艺,包括铸锭均匀化处理、加工材的固溶处理和时效处理工艺等技术内容。
Medium-strength solderable Al-Zn-Mg alloy with moderate strength, excellent welding performance and good extrusion process performance, high-speed train is one of the main materials. With the rapid development of modern industry, users have put forward higher requirements on the strength, toughness and stress corrosion resistance of such alloy materials. This article briefly introduced the development of solderable Al-Zn-Mg alloys at home and abroad. The technical contents related to further improving the comprehensive properties of the alloy materials are discussed, such as optimizing the alloy composition, including adjusting the content of the main alloying elements, controlling the impurity content and adding the trace elements; studying the heat treatment process, including homogenizing the ingot, Solution treatment and aging treatment technology and other technical content.
