对于生产一线的质量过程控制而言,在相同的设备、相同的材料、相同的环境下,员工行为习惯及操作方法直接影响着产品质量,即人的过程行为决定着产品的优与劣,而通过管理规范员工的行为可以达到对产品质量控制的良好结果,本文就如何在质量管理过程中实施行为管理进行探讨。
For quality control of the production line, in the same equipment, the same materials, and the same environment, employee behavior and operating methods directly affect the quality of the product, that is, the human process behavior determines the quality and inferiority of the product. By regulating the behavior of employees, we can achieve good results in product quality control. This article discusses how to implement behavior management in the process of quality management.
