学校工作需要强大的凝聚力,才能更好地完成肩负的重要使命。只有“心底无私,心底有思,胸怀大度,知人善用,淡化官念”的校长,才能赢得大家的信任,才能提高教师队伍的凝聚力。校长的亲力亲为,率先垂范不仅起到行为的表率和带头作用,更重要的是满足了群众对领导的心理需求服务。校长在工作中既要充分发挥人的潜能,优化组合,求同存异,取长补短,经营好教师,尊重教师,容人所短;又要提高自身的综合素养和判断团队价值取向走势的洞察力,以校长良好的个人魅力,提高教师队伍的凝聚力。
School work needs a strong cohesion in order to better accomplish the important mission it shoulders. Only the “selfless heart, mind and thought, greatness, good use of people, dilute the official memory,” the principal, can we win everyone’s trust in order to improve the cohesion of the teaching staff. Principal personally, the first to set an example not only play a role model and take the lead, but more importantly, to meet the psychological needs of the leadership service. In the work, principals should not only give full play to their potential, optimize the combination, seek common ground while reserving differences, learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses, manage the teachers well, respect the teachers and make them short. Meanwhile, they should also improve their comprehensive qualities and their insight into the team’s value orientation. Good personal charisma, improve the cohesion of teachers.
