在经济快速发展的今天,企业绩效的提升与人力资源管理存在着非常密切的关系。从客观的角度来看,人力资源管理在落实的过程中,需要充分考虑企业是否能达到一个良性发展的目的,是否可以在最终的成绩上表现最佳。笔者针对人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响作用展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
In today’s rapid economic development, there is a very close relationship between the improvement of corporate performance and human resources management. From an objective point of view, human resources management in the implementation process, the need to fully consider whether the enterprise can achieve a benign development goal, whether it can be the best performance in the final result. The author discusses the effect of human resource management on business performance and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
