随着氧自由基抑制剂—超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)研究的不断深入,SOD与新生儿疾病的关系逐步受到人们的重视。本文为此探讨了SOD在新生儿肺炎中的含量,特报道如下。 对象、方法和结果 一、对象: (1)、新生儿肺炎组共25例,男14例、女11例。日龄分布:1~5天5例、6~10天8例、11~15天7例、16~20天5例,诊断均符合实用新生儿学诊断标准。 (2)正常对照组共22例,男14例、女8例。3天8例,4天8例,5天6例,均系本院产科婴儿室健康新生儿。
With the development of oxygen free radical inhibitor-superoxide dismutase (SOD), the relationship between SOD and neonatal diseases has gradually been taken seriously. This article discusses the SOD content in neonatal pneumonia, especially reported as follows. Subjects, methods and results First, the object: (1), 25 cases of neonatal pneumonia group, 14 males and 11 females. Day age distribution: 1 to 5 days in 5 cases, 6 to 10 days in 8 cases, 11 to 15 days in 7 cases, 16 to 20 days in 5 cases, the diagnosis is in line with practical neonatal diagnostic criteria. (2) A total of 22 cases of normal control group, 14 males and 8 females. 3 days in 8 cases, 4 days in 8 cases, 5 days in 6 cases, all of our hospital obstetric baby room healthy newborn.
