目的:对比醇沉工艺和ZTC1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂工艺对双花抗病毒口服液质量的影响,并优选双花抗病毒口服液的纯化工艺。方法:以pH、相对密度、再沉淀量、绿原酸和连翘苷的含量为考察指标,对比两种纯化工艺对双花抗病毒口服液质量的影响。采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以浸膏的稀释倍数、ZTC1+1B组分占药液的比例、反应的温度、静置时间为考察因素,以绿原酸和连翘苷的含量为指标,优选最佳的纯化工艺。结果:澄清剂法制备的样品质量较好,最佳工艺为:浸膏稀释3倍,B组分为稀药液的5%,反应温度为80℃,2 h后加入A组分(量为B组分的一半),静置2 h。结论:ZTC1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂工艺可作为双花抗病毒口服液的纯化工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of alcohol precipitation process and ZTC1 + 1Ⅲ natural clarifying agent on the quality of Shuanghua antiviral oral liquid and to optimize the purification process of Shuanghua Antiviral Oral Liquid. Methods: The contents of pH, relative density, re-precipitation, chlorogenic acid and forsythin were investigated. The effects of two purification processes on the quality of Shuanghua antiviral oral liquid were compared. L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal test was used to determine the dilution factor, the ratio of ZTC1 + 1B component to the liquid, the reaction temperature and the standstill time. The content of chlorogenic acid and forsythin As an indicator, the best purification process is preferred. Results: The quality of the sample prepared by the clarifying method was better. The optimum conditions were as follows: the extract was diluted 3 times, the fraction B was 5% of the dilute solution and the reaction temperature was 80 ℃. After 2 hours, Half of Part B) for 2 h.
