近两年来我们采用浙江海宁制药厂产品强力宁(Potenlin)并用利福平等抗痨药物治疗老年肺结核48例,收到较好的疗效,现小结如下。临床资料一、病例选择观察96例,男76例,女20例,年龄50～72岁,平均64.3岁。其中浸润型肺结核74例(77.08%),血型播散型肺结核8例(3.3%),干酪样肺炎4例(4.17%),慢性纤维空洞型肺结核10例(10.42%)。全为痰菌阳性的复治病例。治疗组和对照组按随机抽样各为48例、两组病人病情、病程无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前二硝基氯苯皮肤反应(DNSB)均为阴性。二、治疗方法治疗组:强力宁40ml静注每日2次.同时每日加利福平450mg、异烟肼300mg、
In the past two years, we have adopted the product of Potenlin, a product of Zhejiang Haining Pharmaceutical Factory, and treated 48 patients with senile pulmonary tuberculosis with rifampin equal anti-tuberculosis drugs. The results are summarized as follows. Clinical data A case selection observed 96 cases, 76 males and 20 females, aged 50 to 72 years, an average of 64.3 years old. Among them, 74 cases (77.08%) of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, 8 cases (3.3%) of blood-borne tuberculosis, 4 cases (4.17%) of caseous pneumonia and 10 (10.42%) cases of chronic fibrous hollow tuberculosis. All sputum positive retreatment cases. The treatment group and the control group were randomized to 48 cases each, the two groups of patients with disease, duration of no significant difference (P> 0.05). Before treatment, dinitrochlorobenzene skin reaction (DNSB) were negative.
