引入橡胶集料细度模数的概念,与砂子的细度模数相似,借鉴测量砂子细度模数的方法来表达橡胶集料的粗细程度。采用双因素方差分析方法研究橡胶掺量和橡胶细度模数两个因素对橡胶集料混凝土性能影响。结果表明橡胶集料的掺量和级配对混凝土的抗压影响显著。随橡胶粉掺量的增加,混凝土性能的影响需引起高度重视,掺量与粗细二者的交互作用也需引起高度重视。
The concept of modulus of fineness of rubber aggregate is introduced, which is similar to the fineness modulus of sand. The method of measuring the modulus of sand fineness is used to express the thickness of rubber aggregate. Two-factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to study the influence of rubber content and modulus of fineness on the properties of rubber aggregate concrete. The results show that the content and gradation of rubber aggregate have a significant impact on the compressive strength of concrete. With the increase of the content of rubber powder, the influence of concrete performance needs to be paid great attention. The interaction between dosage and thickness also needs to be paid more attention.
