The 15th National Congress of the CPC, which has drawn worldwide attention, is a conference of extremely great significance that has taken precedence over and passed from the past in the history of our Party. Seriously studying, propagandizing, and implementing the spirit of the 15th National Party Congress is an important task now and in the coming period. We must enhance our sense of mission and responsibility, combine the actual work of the organization with our efforts to study and implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and provide a strong guarantee for the realization of the grand goal of trans-century in our province.
