由交通部科技司主持召开的全国阳离子乳化沥青筑路、养路技术推广会,于1990年7月3日～7日在辽宁省沈阳市举行。全国各省、市、自治区交通系统的科研、设计、施工单位,城建,化工部门,有关大专院校、厂家及新闻单位的代表200多人参加大会。会上收到论文及技术资料50余篇;有13位代表在大会上发言,交流了本省、市阳乳技术的成功经验、技术探索、体会和今后打算。
The National Cation Emulsified Asphalt Road Construction and Road Maintenance Technology Promotion Conference, chaired by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Communications, was held in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province from July 3 to July 7, 1990. Over 200 representatives of scientific research, design, construction units, urban construction and chemical engineering departments, relevant tertiary institutions, manufacturers and news agencies of the transportation systems of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China attended the conference. At the conference, more than 50 papers and technical materials were received. Thirteen representatives delivered speeches at the conference and exchanged successful experience, technical exploration, experience and future plans of Yangzhou milk technology in the province and city.
