矫直辊曲率作为二辊矫直机辊型设计的核心参数,对矫直机矫直质量起着决定性作用。为了提高矫直精度,应用弹塑性理论深入分析了二辊矫直机制,在考虑金属强化的情况下建立了圆材弹塑性弯曲模型,对矫直辊曲率进行了设计,并且给出了曲率过渡段,设计出了适合矫直Φ100~Φ150 mm圆材的二辊矫直辊辊型。利用有限元软件Marc建立三维有限元模型,对矫直过程进行模拟仿真,分析了圆材的矫直效果,为实际生产提供了理论支持。
