【摘要】目的探讨合并多发伤的浮膝损伤的治疗方法及效果。方法将我院2009年1月至2010年3月收治的35例合并多发性伤的浮膝损伤的患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组15例，对照组采用钢板内固定治疗，观察组采用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果手术疗效参照Karlstrom和Olerud评价标准，观察组的优良率95.0%显著高于对照组的80.0%，P0.05。　　1.2 治疗
