目前,在国外和我国台湾地区传记式资料(Biodata)越来越多的应用于人事选拔、人一职匹配、员工生涯发展、组织培训等领域,实践证明传记式资料测量,特别是传记式问卷具有较好的效度。本文主要对传记式问卷的主要特点、维度结构、预测效度、题目编制方法和计分策略进行逐一介绍。
