傅东华版《飘》是一部极为成功但也颇受争议的伟大译本。许多研究者称译文采用归化翻译策略而不太忠实于原文,使得原文中大量的文化信息走失。但是,笔者通过细读译本发现译者采用了有效的翻译方法,处理文化承载词以进行翻译补偿。本文试图从翻译补偿的角度重看傅华东版《飘》,并仔细分析了译者所采用的各种翻译方法。 Fu Donghua version of “Gone with the Wind” is a very successful but also controversial great translation. Many researchers claim that the use of domestication and translation of translation strategies is not too faithful to the original text, making a lot of cultural information in the original lost. However, through careful reading of the translation, the author finds that the translator adopts an effective method of translation to deal with the cultural bearing words for translation compensation. This article attempts to review Fu Huadong’s version of Gone with the Wind from the perspective of translation compensation and carefully analyzes the various translation methods adopted by the translators.
