在洗必泰有特征吸收峰的２５８ｎｍ波长下，以紫外分光光度法测定洗必泰含量．与高氯酸滴定法相比，对洗必泰量≤２１０μｇ的稀释液，测定误差为０．９％～４．７％．
Chlorhexidine content was determined by UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 258 nm with a characteristic absorption peak of chlorhexidine. Compared with perchloric acid titration method, the determination of chlorhexidine lotion ≤ 210μg, the measurement error of 0.9% to 4.7%.
