目的研究家兔血液、虹膜及房水中环腺苷酸(cyclicadenosinemonophosphate,cAMP)和环鸟苷酸(cyclicguanosinemonophosphate,cGMP)含量与高眼压之间的关系。方法用放射免疫方法测定家兔血浆、虹膜和房水中cAMP、cGMP含量。结果cAMP含量(nmol/L):血浆为72.81±7.67,虹膜为141.08±16.70,房水中为28.40±0.49;cGMP含量(nmol/L):血浆为10.37±6.15,虹膜为35.64±7.02,房水中为12.90±0.61。cAMP含量高于对照组(P<0.01),cGMP低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高眼压与cAMP、cGMP含量关系显著。
Objective To study the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in rabbit blood, iris and aqueous humor. Methods The contents of cAMP and cGMP in rabbit plasma, iris and aqueous humor were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The cAMP content (nmol / L) was 72.81 ± 7.67 in plasma, 141.08 ± 16.70 in iris and 28.40 ± 0.49 in aqueous humor. The content of cGMP (nmol / L) 10.37 ± 6.15, 35.64 ± 7.02 in iris and 12.90 ± 0.61 in aqueous humor. The level of cAMP was higher in the control group (P <0.01) and lower in the cGMP group than in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Intraocular pressure has a significant relationship with cAMP and cGMP contents.
