摘要 转基因食品为解决未来全球粮食安全问题带来希望,但是略显高深的科学知识和公众的莫名恐慌使其科普教育变得十分困难和紧迫。本文就高等教育中开设的转基因食品安全课程与科普型教学相结合的科学性、必要性和紧迫性进行了初步探讨,同时提出了相应改革与实践的具体措施,此外又列举了3个典型案例作为本课程科普型教学改革与实践的参考,旨在让学生掌握科学方法、传播科学思想,使科学服务于社会,培养出适合未来发展的高素质人才。
