采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测65例新生儿败血症血清白介素-8(IL-8)水平,并测定了白介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞(WBC)及嗜中性多形核白细胞(PMN)计数、血小板计数(PLT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果血清IL-8水平在败血症组(中位数504ng/L)显著高于非败血症组(中位数<156ng/L)及正常对照组(中位数<156ng/L),急性期高于恢复期;它与IL-6、WBC、PMN、及NO正相关,与PLT及CRP无相关;与败血症的病情、并发休克、多器官功能衰竭等也密切相关。提示IL-8是新生儿败血症的重要炎症介质,对观察疗效及判断预后有一定意义。
Serum levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in 65 cases of neonatal sepsis were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and the levels of interleukin-6, nitric oxide, white blood cell (WBC) and neutrophil Polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) count, platelet count (PLT), and C-reactive protein (CRP). Results Serum IL-8 level was significantly higher in sepsis group (median 504ng / L) than in non-sepsis group (median <156ng / L) and normal control group (median <156ng / L) Recovery period. It is positively correlated with IL-6, WBC, PMN, and NO, but not with PLT and CRP. It is also closely related to sepsis, complicated with shock and multiple organ failure. Tip IL-8 is an important inflammatory mediator of neonatal sepsis, to observe the efficacy and prognosis of a certain significance.
