随着我国经济的迅速发展,经济发展结构的日趋合理、科学,我国的城市化进程得到了前所未有的发展,城市建设密度迅速增大,城市建设用地日趋紧张,所以,在城市用地有限的情况下,建筑领域的发展逐步向地下扩展,并取得了非常好的效果,并且得到了广大人民群众的认可,尤其是近几年来,地下空间的开放利用发展迅速,而今天本文所研究的主要对象——基坑所指的就是建筑物基础与地下室施工时所开挖的地下空间。建筑基坑作为建筑整体工程的重要组成部分,其关系到整个建筑工程的安全、质量。所以,不断对建筑基坑相关技术进行研究,对我国建筑事业的发展具有重要的意义。
