为了扩大宣传力度,不少企业都设立了新闻中心统一管理内部的报纸或电视及网络,建立起企业党政和职工群众的沟通的桥梁,其中企业电视台作为企业党政与职工群众沟通的桥梁,其新闻节目的质量尤为关键。企业电视台的新闻编辑,应当充分发挥身处地方台的优势,把握“以职工群众利益为出发点,体现本企业特色,抢抓时效”三个原则,这样才能有效提升新闻节目的影响力和竞争力。
