企业在发展过程中,薪酬管理制度是其人力管理中必不可少的核心内容,这不仅关系到企业员工的工作质量,也影响着企业的生存与发展。可以说,企业要想实现更好的发展,必须将薪酬管理放在重要位置,根据企业发展的实际状况,制定出适合于自身发展的薪酬管理制度,。只有这样,才能使企业在商业竞争中取得优势,实现企业又好又快发展。本文就企业在人力管理中如何应用薪酬管理制度进行了探讨与分析。
In the process of enterprise development, the salary management system is an indispensable core element of its human resources management. This not only affects the quality of the employees’ work but also affects the survival and development of the enterprise.
