1988年4月至1990年2月,笔者共收治急性心肌梗塞40例,其中男性32例占80%,女性8例占20%,年龄在52~67之间.心梗部位,前间壁14例,下壁11例,高侧壁5例,广泛前壁10例;穿透性心梗25例,非穿透性心梗15例对于以上病例在给予常规治疗的情况下,同时采用高浓度极化液治疗(组成:10%GS500ml普通胰岛素20单位,10%氯化钾15ml,50%GS60ml)在促进心肌代谢防止心律失常的发生及传导阻滞,缩短心电图正常演变过程,促进缺血损伤心肌细胞的恢复等方面效果明显的优于普通极化液,现分析总结如下:
April 1988 to February 1990, the author treated a total of 40 cases of acute myocardial infarction, of which 32 cases accounted for 80% of males, 8 females accounted for 20%, aged between 52 to 67.
