摸清各类食品的卫生质量状况,是确保居民日常饮食安全的措施之一。现将1995~1997年蓬莱市监测的8种食品2246份样品检验结果报告如下: 本次检测的食品均为当地生产。按照国家食品卫生标准规定的项目检验,检验方法根据中华人民共和国卫生部《食品卫生检验方法》(理化和微生物)部分进行,检验结果如下: (1)冷饮 合格率为73.01%(476/652)。单项指标合格率为:细菌总数73.47%,大肠菌群91.41%,糖精87.42%,铅、砷、铜、色素合格率为100%。
To find out the quality of all kinds of food hygiene is one of the measures to ensure the daily diet safety of residents. Now 1995 ~ 1997 Penglai City, monitoring of 8 kinds of food 2246 samples test results are reported as follows: The test of food are locally produced. In accordance with the national food hygiene standards for project testing, test methods according to the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Health “food hygiene test method” (physical and chemical and microbiological) part of the test results are as follows: (1) cold drink pass rate of 73.01% (476/652) . The qualified rate of individual indexes was: 73.47% of total bacteria, 91.41% of coliform bacteria and 87.42% of saccharin, and the passing rate of lead, arsenic, copper and pigment was 100%.
