Australia is a novel word to me. It reminds me of kangaroos, platypuses, koalas and other unique, lovely animals which exist nowhere else in the world, for the land of Australia was isolated from others millions of years ago.
Australia is a pure word to me. The Opera House with white appearance which looks like the mermaid’s pretty shell, and the clear blue sky dotted with white clouds make a pure impression on me. The Gold Coast with beautiful waves patting my back, and the farmhouse with cattles’ voice everywhere, make a pure impression on me.
Australia is a leisurely word to me. Watching the vast grasslands with sheep running freely, walking on the beaches covered with silver sand in a romantic atmosphere etc, all these things give me an illusion that I am wandering in fairy land. Never in my life can a land make me spellbound like this.
Australia is an amazing word to me. It has a colorful nightlife: bars crowded with excited people, clubs carrying so many dreams. It has a peaceful daily life: a life without too much noise, a life without too many people passing by my side. Australia is a place, where amazing things happen.
Australia is an incredible word to me. It seems so far away as if it’s only in my daydreams, but in the meantime, it’s also so real! Can a dream be so realistic, so touchable? I don’t know. But I firmly believe that there will be someday when I can travel, study, even live there.
Will Australia be a real word to me?I am expecting.
