自“七五”以来，我国铸造机械行业从自身发展研究入手，明确振兴铸造机械行业方向。特别是一系列科技攻关课题的完成，为行业产品水平的提高起到了积极的推动作用，也为我国铸造机械的发展打下良好的基础。目前，全国从事铸造机械生产的企业约９０余家，具有年产各类铸造机械产品８０００台（套）的能力；产品门类与品种已基本齐全、配套，能满足国内市场需求；通过对国内产品需要情况分析，预计１９９４年市场需求不会有大的变化。
Since the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, China’s foundry machinery industry started with its own development research and clearly revitalized the direction of the foundry machinery industry.
