[目的]建立一种简便、快速分析医疗机构污水中铵氮的离子色谱测定方法。[方法]取一定量的水样用超纯水稀释定容后,通过在线渗析技术对试样溶液进行前处理并直接进行分析。[结果]铵氮在0.20~20 mg/L内具有良好的线性,相关系数(r)>0.999 9,方法的检出限NH4+-N为0.018 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.0%,加标回收率为96.2%~100.1%。[结论]在线渗析的前处理方法能有效去除复杂水样中的有机等干扰物,较好地净化试样溶液,该方法用于医疗机构污水中铵氮测定,快速简便,结果令人满意。
[Objective] To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of ammonium nitrogen in sewage of medical institutions by ion chromatography. [Method] After a certain amount of water sample was diluted with ultrapure water, the sample solution was pre-treated by online dialysis and directly analyzed. [Result] The calibration curve of NH4 + -N was 0.018 mg / L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3.0%. The results showed that ammonium nitrogen had a good linearity in 0.20-20 mg / The spiked recoveries ranged from 96.2% to 100.1%. [Conclusion] The online dialysis pretreatment method can effectively remove organic and other interfering substances in complex water samples and purify the sample solution well. The method is rapid and simple and has satisfactory results.
