为研究负重轮三维温度场,应用有限元软件,采用热结构耦合分析对某型号坦克负重轮的三维温度场进行计算,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,还分析了车速、环境温度和太阳辐射等变化对负重轮温度场的影响。结果表明,负重轮三维温度场的计算结果与试验结果的相对误差小于7%,所使用模型及方法可用于研究负重轮温度场的分布,满足工程实际使用的需要。
In order to study the three-dimensional temperature field of the load wheel, finite element software was used to calculate the three-dimensional temperature field of a truck with a structure-coupled analysis. The calculated results were compared with the experimental results. The effects of vehicle speed, ambient temperature And solar radiation and other changes on the load wheel temperature field. The results show that the relative error between the calculated results and the test results of the three-dimensional temperature field is less than 7%. The models and methods can be used to study the distribution of the temperature field of the roller bearing to meet the actual needs of the project.
