传统培训方式及其特点分析 由于“网络导向型培训”的概念是相对于传统培训方式而言的,因此有必要先定义传统培训方式。本文所谓传统培训方式是指在培训教室内(或培训现场)由培训教师对学员进行言传口授的培训方式。这也是目前企业培训中仍流行的方式。这种方式的最大好处是亲和力强,交流直接,非常符合人类的生活习惯。但下列缺点无法满足现代企业对效益、效率和时间弹性的需求:
