目的 研究椎 基底动脉系TIA患者的血流动力学变化特点 ,提高临床诊疗水平。方法 用多普勒超声技术检测椎 基底动脉系TIA患者的血流动力学变化 ,并与对照组进行比较研究。结果 椎 基底动脉系TIA患者血流动力学变化特点主要表现为颅内椎 基底动脉血流速度减慢 ,脉动指数下降 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;颅外椎动脉内径缩小 ,阻力指数增高 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 椎 基底动脉系TIA的发生与颅内椎、基底动脉供血不足密切相关 ;颅内椎、基底动脉供血不足多由于颅外椎动脉狭窄所致。
Objective To study the hemodynamic changes of vertebrobasilar artery TIA patients and to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The hemodynamic changes of vertebrobasilar artery TIA patients were detected by Doppler ultrasound and compared with the control group. Results The hemodynamic changes in vertebrobasilar artery TIA patients were mainly manifested as slowing of blood flow velocity and decreasing of pulsatility index in basilar artery of intracranial vertebra, which were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01) The diameter of the external vertebral artery narrowed, the resistance index increased, compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusions The occurrence of TIA in vertebrobasilar artery is closely related to the insufficiency of intracranial vertebral and basilar artery insufficiency. The insufficient supply of intracranial vertebral and basilar artery due to extracranial vertebral artery stenosis.
