目的了解新疆6个贫困县县医院人力资源配置状况及存在的问题,为促进6个贫困县县医院的卫生事业发展提供参考依据。方法通过问卷调查方法收集新疆6个贫困县县医院卫生人力资源资料,利用SPSS 13.0对数据进行录入分析,采用构成比进行统计描述,χ2检验进行统计推断。结果 6个贫困县县医院卫生技术人员占在岗人员数的86.53%;医护比分别为1.2∶1;卫生技术人员中35岁及以下人员所占的比例最大,为47.84%,本科以上学历比例为16.86%,职称结构以初级职称人员所占比例最高,为60.37%,高级∶中级∶初级职称比例为1∶3∶7,执业结构中执业(助理)医师所占比例为37.60%。结论贫困县县医院人员素质偏低,人员配置结构不合理。各地区政府应优先解决卫生人力合理配置问题,促进贫困县县医院的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the status of human resource allocation and the existing problems in six hospitals in poor counties and counties in Xinjiang and provide reference for promoting the development of public health in six poor counties and counties. Methods The data of health human resources of 6 hospitals in poor counties and counties of Xinjiang were collected by questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0, and the statistical description and χ2 test were used for statistical inference. Results The number of health technicians in six impoverished counties and hospitals was 86.53% of the total posts and the ratio of doctors and nurses was 1.2:1. Among the health technicians, the proportion of 35-year-old and below was the largest, accounting for 47.84% 16.86%. The title structure occupies 60.37% of the employees with junior professional titles. Senior: Intermediate: junior professional titles is 1: 3: 7, and practicing (assistant) physicians occupy 37.60% of the total. Conclusion Poor quality of hospital staff in counties and counties and unreasonable staffing structure. All local governments should give priority to the rational allocation of health workers and promote the sustainable development of hospitals in poor counties and counties.
