为了充分利用废弃钢渣二次资源,解决环境污染问题,节约水泥用量,提高地区经济效益,开展了关于水泥土掺废弃钢渣加固软土的强度直剪试验,研究了掺入钢渣的水泥土抗剪强度与正应力-应变曲线关系,得出了符合掺入钢渣的水泥土抗剪强度特性的库仑预测公式,提出了掺入钢渣的水泥土强度特性的衡量指标,分析了水泥、钢渣含量及龄期对抗剪强度的影响,为掺入钢渣的水泥土应用计算提供强度参数。通过比较得出:掺入废弃钢渣的水泥土抗剪强度随垂直压力的增加而提高,破坏的脆性程度随龄期的增长而增加;掺钢渣水泥土加固软土地基的最优配比为“100%土∶20%水泥∶10%钢渣∶30%水”。
In order to make full use of secondary resources of waste steel slag to solve the problem of environmental pollution, save the amount of cement and improve the economic benefit of the region, a direct shear strength test was conducted on the strength of soft soil reinforced with cement slag doped with steel slag. Coulomb prediction formula which accords with the shear strength characteristics of cemented soil incorporated with steel slag was obtained and the index of strength of cemented soil with steel slag incorporated was put forward.
