我们这几年以来,以锰铁为主研究了几种合金焊条。这几种焊条,对筑路机械的零件磨损修理上起了一定的作用。锰铁的原料来源容易,成本又低,堆焊层的耐磨性能高(奥氏体高锰钢要比45~#碳钢的耐磨性高3倍),筑路机械大部份易损零件都是中碳钢制成的,因此用来堆焊修复筑路机械的易损零件,具有很大的现实意义。硬质合金堆焊容易磨损零件,就需要有耐磨的焊条,这种焊条的制造采用一定牌号的合金钢丝外涂焊药;也有采用低碳钢焊条在药皮里加入其他铁合金。我们就是采用后面这一种方法。现将我们制造和使用情况介绍如下:
Over the past few years, we have studied several kinds of alloy electrodes mainly on ferromanganese. These kinds of welding rods play a certain role in the repair of parts of the road construction machinery. The raw material source of ferromanganese is easy, the cost is low, and the wear resistance of the surfacing layer is high (the austenitic high manganese steel is 3 times more wear resistant than the 45~# carbon steel), and the road construction machinery is mostly vulnerable. Parts are made of medium carbon steel, so it is of great practical significance to be used for surfacing repairing vulnerable parts of road construction machinery. Carbide surfacing wear-prone parts require a wear-resistant electrode. The manufacture of the electrode uses a certain grade of alloy steel wire to apply the flux. There are also mild steel electrodes used to add other iron alloys to the skin. We use the latter method. Now we describe the manufacturing and usage situation as follows:
