本文综述了反义核酸的研究现状及其在膀胱肿瘤治疗中的应用展望。反义核酸通过碱基互补原理特异性的抑制基因表达,是研究肿瘤基因及其调控的新手段,并为膀胱肿瘤的治疗提供一条新途径。
This article reviews the research status of antisense nucleic acid and its prospect in the treatment of bladder cancer. Antisense nucleic acid inhibits gene expression through the principle of base complementation, which is a new method to study tumor gene and its regulation, and provides a new way for the treatment of bladder cancer.
