本文研究了室温形变对0.15%C钢离子氮化和氰化组织和性能的影响。发现预变形可显著提高表面碳、氮浓度;虽然高温下奥氏体的再结晶过程进行十分迅速,但由于碳氮原子的渗入和扩散可能使冷变形造成的晶体缺陷固定。在自行车另件生产中的应用表明,采用予先冷变形可使接触疲劳寿命提高0.5~1倍,产品合格率可由12.5%提高到87.5%。
In this paper, the effects of room temperature deformation on the nitriding and cyanidation of 0.15% C steel were investigated. It is found that pre-deformation can significantly increase the surface carbon and nitrogen concentration. Although the recrystallization of austenite at high temperature is very rapid, the crystal defects caused by cold deformation may be fixed due to infiltration and diffusion of carbon and nitrogen atoms. The application of the other bicycle parts in the bicycle shows that the contact fatigue life can be increased by 0.5 to 1 times and the passing rate of the products can be increased from 12.5% to 87.5% with the prior cold deformation.
