软件企业是知识高度集中的企业,通过知识管理实现知识共享进而提升软件企业竞争力是值得研究的一个重要且现实的问题。软件企业的知识管理不仅包括创建适合的软硬件平台,还包括营造知识共享的企业文化,建立有效的激励机制和柔性的组织结构,从而挖掘软件企业的核心知识,把知识管理过程与软件企业核心业务紧密结合。基于对知识管理理论和技术方法的深入研究,总结软件企业的特点和实施知识管理的优势及策略,通过用友软件股份有限公司的案例对软件企业知识管理的应用进行实证研究,提出以知识共享文化为中心,知识管理系统为基础,知识管理组织和知识管理制度为保障的软件企业知识管理参考模型,为软件企业实施知识管理提供了科学借鉴。
Software enterprises are enterprises with high concentration of knowledge. Through the case study of UF software company, this paper puts forward the concept of knowledge sharing culture As the center, the knowledge management system as the foundation, the knowledge management organization and the knowledge management system as the reference model for the knowledge management of software enterprises, which provides a scientific reference for the software enterprises to implement knowledge management.
