我院于1972—1984年初经内窥镜发现并经手术和病理证实的早期胃癌177例,其中直径10mm以下40例(小胃癌23例、微小胃癌17例),占全部早期胃癌的22.6％。早期胃癌、小胃癌及微小胃癌检出率的提高与器械的更新有密切关系。早期胃癌检出率由1974年的4.9％上升至1983年的18.5％,同时我们积累和分析了多年来临床实践的经验,将微小胃癌分类为三型: (一)隆起型(I、Ⅱa型) (1)臼型:似臼齿状,表面中央浅
In our hospital from 1972 to 1984, 177 cases of early gastric cancer were confirmed by endoscopy and confirmed by surgery and pathology. Among them, 40 cases were below 10 mm in diameter (23 cases of small gastric cancer and 17 cases of tiny gastric cancer), accounting for 22.6% of all early stage gastric cancer. The increase in the detection rate of early gastric cancer, small gastric cancer, and minimal gastric cancer is closely related to the renewal of devices. The detection rate of early gastric cancer increased from 4.9% in 1974 to 18.5% in 1983.
