改革开放以来,私营经济日益成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,随之私营企业劳资关系不和谐问题逐步凸显,侵犯员工合法权益的现象时有发生,这与我国构建和谐社会的目标相悖,如何协调劳资矛盾、构建和谐的劳资关系关系到我国经济的长远发展和社会的稳定。本文对国内关于私营企业劳资关系的实证分析、国外处理劳资关系的经验、构建和谐劳资关系的对策、我国劳资关系演变的趋势等方面的研究成果进行评述,以期对相关研究有所帮助和启示。
Since the reform and opening up, the private economy has increasingly become an important part of China’s socialist market economy. Along with this, the problem of the imbalance between the labor and capital relations in the private sector has gradually become prominent. The phenomenon of violating the legitimate rights and interests of employees has taken place from time to time, contrary to our goal of building a harmonious society. How to coordinate labor conflicts and establish a harmonious relationship between labor and capital has a bearing on the long-term economic development and social stability in our country. This paper reviews the domestic research on the relationship between labor and capital in private-owned enterprises, the experience of dealing with labor-capital relations in foreign countries, the countermeasures of constructing harmonious labor-capital relations and the trend of the evolution of labor-capital relations in our country so as to be helpful and enlightening for the related research.
