在互联网时代之下,一切都变得更加扁平化,无论从企业管理,市场营销,或企业组织结构,都越来越趋于扁平化,平台时代真正到来。在这样的时代之下,企业借助互联网,对企业进行平台化运作,借助流量从平台的各个端口获取利润。基于此本文主要分析了腾讯作为目前国内最大的社交平台分析了骑在发展平台扩展过程中的优势,以及在跨境电子商务方面的必要性以及可能的路径。
In the era of the Internet, everything has become more flattened, both in business management, marketing, or corporate organizational structure, are becoming more and more flat, the platform era really coming. In such an era, enterprises rely on the Internet to conduct platform operations on enterprises and make use of the traffic to make profits from each port of the platform. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes Tencent as the largest social platform in China and analyzes the advantages of riding in the development platform expansion, as well as the necessity and possible path in cross-border e-commerce.
