本文从分析电力企业人力资源管理的现状出发,阐述了加强电力企业人力资源管理的意义,并针对当前电力企业人力管理工作中存在的不足,从优化电力企业的用人机制、制定完善的绩效考核体系以及建立完善的人才激励制度等方面提出了加强电力企业人力资源管理的策略。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of human resource management in electric power enterprises, this paper elaborates the significance of strengthening human resource management in electric power enterprises. In view of the existing problems in the current human resources management of electric power enterprises, this paper optimizes the employment mechanism of electric power enterprises and formulates a perfect performance evaluation system As well as establish and improve the talent incentive system, put forward the strategy of strengthening human resources management in power enterprises.
