目的对大戟属植物阴山大戟Euphorbia yinshanica根部进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MPLC柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从阴山大戟根部醋酸乙酯部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、3β,5α,20-三羟基-15β-桂皮酰基-14-酮-6Z,12E-续随子烷型二烯萜(4)、对映-3α,19-二羟基-9,15-海松烷型二烯萜(5)、对映-16α,17-二羟基-3-酮-阿替斯烷型二萜(6)、戟叶金石斛素A(7)、松脂醇(8)、4,6-二羟基-2-氧甲基-苯丙酮(9)、2,4-二羟基-3-醛基-6-氧甲基-苯丙酮(10)、没食子酸(11)、没食子酸乙酯(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物7和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia yinshanica roots of Euphorbia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and MPLC column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the roots of Yinshan Euphorbia root, and were identified as luteolin (1), stigmasterol-4-en-3-one (2), β-sitosterol (3) 5α, 20-trihydroxy-15β-cinnamoyl-14-keto-6Z, 12E-cinnamal diterpene (4), enantiomer-3a, 19-dihydroxy- (5), enantiomer-16α, 17-dihydroxy-3-keto-stibine diterpene (6), Euphorbia officinalis A (7), pinoresinol (8), 4,6 (9), 2,4-dihydroxy-3-aldehyde-6-oxymethylpropiophenone (10), gallic acid (11), ethyl gallate (12). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
