本文通过对当前传统的人力资源管理课程考核效果不理想存在的问题进行分析,分别从平时成绩、试卷考核、总评成绩等几个方面入手,提出了人力资源管理课程考核方式改革方法。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional examination results of human resource management courses unsatisfactorily, this paper puts forward the reform methods of the course assessment methods of human resources management from the aspects of usual grades, exam papers and total grades.
