在经济一体化的背景下,随着我国市场经济及现代企业体制管理的不断完善,人才员工队伍作为企业可持续发展的核心驱动,已经成为制约企业经营利润增长的主导因素。然而,长期以来,由于我国企业人力资源管理存在诸多弊端,导致企业劳动关系一直处于紧绷的状态,使企业的难以实现预期的经营目标。为此,本文首先分析了企业人力资源管理存在的现实问题,并且其基础上分析了影响因素,并且通过借鉴国外的相关经验,进而为企业人力资源管理和劳动关系调整提供一定的有效参考。
In the context of economic integration, with the constant improvement of the market economy and the management of modern enterprises in our country, the talent and staff team, as the core driver of the sustainable development of enterprises, has become the dominant factor that restricts the growth of operating profits of enterprises. However, for a long time, there are many drawbacks in human resource management in our country, leading to the labor relations in enterprises being in a state of tension, which makes it difficult for enterprises to achieve the expected business objectives. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the existing problems in the human resource management of enterprises and analyzes the influencing factors on the basis of them, and also provides some effective reference for the human resources management and the adjustment of the labor relations by drawing lessons from the relevant experience in other countries.
