目的:总结国内外关于蛋白质芯片技术在肿瘤标志筛选中的应用进展。方法:应用Medline及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以“蛋白质组、蛋白质组学和肿瘤标志”为关键词,检索1999-01-2009-04的相关文献。文献纳入标准:1)蛋白质芯片的发展;2)蛋白质芯片技术在肿瘤研究中的应用;3)蛋白质芯片技术挑战。粗选41篇相关文献,根据纳入标准,纳入分析28篇文献。结果:随着人类基因组研究的不断深入,基因数量的有限性和结构的稳定性与生命现象复杂多变的矛盾凸现,蛋白质组研究被推到了生命科学的前沿。结论:目前,蛋白质芯片技术已成为肿瘤蛋白质组学研究的重要工具之一。
Objective: To summarize the application of protein chip technology in the screening of tumor markers both at home and abroad. Methods: Using Medline and CNKI full - text database retrieval system, the related literatures of 1999-01-2009-04 were retrieved with the key words of “proteome, proteomics and tumor marker”. Literature Inclusion Criteria: 1) Development of Protein Chips; 2) Application of Protein Chips Technology in Cancer Research; and 3) Protein Chips Technical Challenges. Roughly selected 41 related articles, according to the inclusion criteria, included in the analysis of 28 articles. Results: With the deepening of human genome research, the limited number of genes and the structural stability and the complicated and changing contradictions of life phenomena, proteomics research has been pushed to the frontier of life science. Conclusion: At present, protein chip technology has become one of the important tools in the study of tumor proteomics.
