城市居住适宜性主要包含生态宜居与生活宜居两大内容,以往基于问卷调查的评价方式所需的只是公众参与,对二者数据的采集无太大区别。但大数据环境下基于GIS对二者评价所需数据有所差异:生态宜居评价多是基于DEM及其衍生的栅格数据进行分析,生活宜居往往采用城市POI等矢量数据研究,二者有所不同但又相辅相成。本文以恩施市为例,从两个角度构建评价体系研究其居住适宜性,提出发展建议的同时,也为利用开源数据辅助城市规划探寻新思路。
Urban residential suitability mainly includes two major aspects: livable living and living livable. In the past, the evaluation method based on the questionnaire only required the public to participate, and there was not much difference between the two data collection. However, in big data environment, GIS-based evaluation of the data required for the difference: ecological livable evaluation is mostly based on DEM and its derived raster data analysis, living livable tends to use urban POI and other vector data research, both Different but complementary. This paper takes Enshi City as an example, constructs the evaluation system from two aspects to study its residence suitability, puts forward the development suggestion, at the same time, it also explores the new ideas for using the open source data to assist the urban planning.
