一个党员干部,特别是领导干部,思想政治素质如何,党性如何,在换届这面镜子前,可以一览无余。在如何对待个人进退留转问题上,大多数干部都能保持良好的心态,把心思用在推动工作上,把精力放在加快发展上。但也有一些干部反映出一些不良心态。这一现象需要引起高度重视。笔者认为,防范和矫正不良心态是提高干部能力素质的题中之义,应当作为加强换届后领导班子和干部队伍建设的一项内容认真加以解决。
A cadre of party members, especially leading cadres, has the ideological and political qualities as well as the party spirit. Before the general election, we can see everything. On the issue of how to treat the advance and retreat of individuals, most cadres can maintain a good attitude, use their minds to promote their work and focus on accelerating their development. But some cadres also reflect some bad attitude. This phenomenon needs to be given high priority. The author believes that preventing and correcting bad attitude is the meaning of improving the ability and quality of cadres and should be seriously solved as part of strengthening the building of leading bodies and cadres after the change of term.
