介绍了一种可供临床应用的高水平内藏式心脏起搏器.它采用了专用集成电路,具有耗电微、按需起搏、同步输出和双腔型的特点.它被置入人体内部以后,可以利用体外无线方式程控修改输出起搏脉冲的频率和幅度,实现了体外编程功能.该起搏器还具有体外无线充电的功能,使内置电池长久工作.文中分析了起搏脉冲信号发生器电路的特点和工作原理,各项技术指标也在文中分别给出,指出这是一种全自动型的心脏起搏器.
A high level built-in cardiac pacemaker for clinical application is introduced. It uses a dedicated integrated circuit with micro-power consumption, on-demand pacing, synchronous output and dual-cavity features. After it is placed inside the human body, the frequency and the amplitude of the output pacing pulse can be programmed and controlled by an external wireless method to realize the in vitro programming function. The pacemaker also features in vitro wireless charging, allowing built-in batteries to work long hours. This paper analyzes the characteristics and working principle of the pacing pulse signal generator circuit, the various technical indicators are also given in the article, pointing out that this is a fully automatic type of pacemaker.
